Reservation Schedule Returns to Normal

 

Until recently, our reservation system has automatically applied a 24-hour sanitation window between reservations.

We are now applying an antimicrobial product to our CarShare vehicle interiors that has been proven to kill 99.9 % of germs on surfaces. This process has allowed us to remove the 24-hour sanitization window and resume our normal reservation process which allows multiple books per day.

In the past, we have advised our members to reach out to our local team for modifications to their reservations. With our expanded reservation availability, we have also re-introduced functionality that allows members to make reservation changes themselves through our app or website. This includes scheduling, changing, extending and canceling a reservation. 

While our team members focus on providing you with the best experience possible, we encourage all members to use the app or website for all reservation changes and will begin re-implementing our call policies and fees as outlined in your terms of use.

Vehicle Cleaning/Sanitizing

 

We are now applying an antimicrobial product to our CarShare vehicle interiors that has been proven to kill 99.9 % of germs on surfaces. This process has allowed us to respond to our members needs while continuing to follow guidance from leading health authorities and keeping the health and safety of our members a top priority.

Our vehicles will continue to be  thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by our local teams however, implementing the addition of this product will allow us to remove the 24-hour sanitization window between reservations and open up scheduling availability for our members.  Our cleaning procedures will continue to follow the guidelines of the Enterprise Complete Clean Pledge and will include vacuuming, general wipe down, and sanitizing with particular attention to high-touch points throughout the vehicle.

Members are asked to do their part to keep vehicles tidy by removing trash and cleaning up after pets prior to ending their reservation. Please be mindful of the people renting immediately after you.

Effective immediately, we will begin re-implementing fees for vehicles that are returned in poor condition. For more information about cleaning policies and fees, click here.
